(a).In this case what will be the effects of saturn ,i mean will such a saturn provide with benefic results or malefic results or mixed? (b)Or the result for such a saturn depends upon the house it is located in. E.g in my chart being a gemini ascendant this saturn is placed alone in The 4th in a mutual aspect with venus placed alone in the 10th house.what kind of results can be expected from such a placement? My birth details are the following date of birth- 29-02-1980 place- chandigarh time- 1:37 pm country-india My chart details are th following ascendant-gemini moon-cancer(2nd house) jupiter,mars,rahu-leo(3rd house) saturn-virgo(4th house) sun,mercury,ketu-aquarius(9th house) venus-pisces(10th house) I am really confused about this ,and would be glad if some ones could help. best regards manu. Shanis natural tendency is to delay. Shani is the planet of truth and its Shani who gives brilliance to the intellect. Its Karak of 4th house (8th from 4th house) and 4th house is Knowledge. In Kalpurusha chart it rules 10th and 11th house so it holds karaktwa for 3rd and 4th house. Its transit is very important along with that of Guru to go deeper into fiancial part as Guru and Shani rules the last 4 houses of kal purush chart. Now from your question I have not understood what you mean by benefic or malefic results or mixed ? For what event are you talking about ? Are you talking about all 12 houses ? or Are you talking about results being experienced in Shanis antar dasha ? 8th house is given as a trik sthan in vedic astrlogy however its also Karak for Lagna and also the house of most auspicious event of Death. It also deals with occult sciences, private parts, inheritance. Its house C for 4th house and a moksha sthan. Now Shani and Venus are natural samdharmis. If Shani and Venus are in 1:7 they go ito the house of enemies and oppose each other thereby do not act as Samdharmis. In our system Sa and Ve, Ma and Mo and Ma and Sun are natural samdharmis and as per standard books they are called yogakaraks for each others signs. Its not necessary that a planet will act bad for all 12 houses together. I think we had solved a chart on the list where a person started a big factory and on the same day his child died. So here 5th house and its karak house 12th worked. 12th is 8th from 5th and karak for 5th. In any case, I suggest you go to file section, download the lessons and cast your worksheet.
