Some points that I thought about were: 1. There should not be any major problems pertaining marriage in the charts (eg. ve su diff, ve nakshatra, jupiter in libra, mo-sa in 7th etc). 2. The event should trigger at about the same time for both of the charts. 3. The longevity shown in both charts should be good. 4. The partners should be matched as per their dominance. (If both are mild in nature, thay is wonderful, if both are head- strong, that may create problems). The points that I do not know is how to overlap the charts and see the relationships between the planets. I read some messages from Krushnaji where he has used some overlap technique. Mars in the first order and then Venus of second order of female with Saturn and Rahu of Male. Venus of Male and Mars of female. This is for attraction or chemistry. Also you should see friendship after all both should get along and be good friends also. So you can check Moon of male with Sun of female and vice versa i.e. Sun of Male and Moon of female. This can also be used to see friendship in general between 2 people. This is very important. Sometimes there are dosh in chart but with very strong attraction between the couple and good friendship they may overlook the faults and marraiges might not break. I have checked charts of couples who are living together here in the West and most couples get together here for attraction and these laws work beautifully. In one couple I had noticed Mars of female was aspected by Sa and Ra of female and Venus of the boy was being aspected by Mars of female and both started seeing each other and within a month moved in together due to chemistry. Venus is also planet of love, arts, romance etc and hence for females I said second order. Now if you overlap charts and say in 1 chart Mars is in 4th in female chart and Saturn is in 10th house in male chart and say Rahu is in 8th house of male then we can say Mars of female is aspected by Rahu and Saturn of Male. You can also put lagna over lagna and sign over sign and see the same thing. From what I know you can consider Conjunction say Female mars is in 4th and Male Saturn is in 4th so if u overlap chart then u can say that Sa of male is over Mars of Female. I have not used 4:10 between 2 charts , only conjunction and aspects. I think if you solve charts it will become clear. Cheers !!!
