Recently I had an opportunity to discuss with our moderator and on his

advice, i thought i will post details about me for further discussion

and advice.

 

Birth Details are as follows: 19th may 1954 at 7.55 AM at chennai. The

birth details were noted down by mother, however, she also wrote that

time could be 8.20AM. There is not much change in planetary position

between these two timings, however, my navamsa ascendent are different

for the two timings. For 7.55 AM, the navamsa ascendet is scorpio,

while for 8.20AM it becomes makra (capricon) ascendent. As for my

Rasi, my ascendent is Gemini.

 

I am also giving further details about certain events for information:

first major job in march 1982 (IIM ahmedbad)

first marriage in 1983 march

First visit to United States in August 1988

First Child Born in September 22, 1989

first wife died august 13/14 1992

Second marriage took place june 14 1998 and migrated to australia in

May 1999

Joined Universty of Melbourne on scholarship for PHD in 2000.

 

i wanted to know why i am not able to finish my PHD degree on

successful basis at one go. This is my Third time i am trying to get

the degree. first time i had to discontinue (this is in late

seventies) because i got a excellent job at IIM. When i went to

Untied States to pursue PHD, i did for two years, then i had to

discontinue because my wife passed away and i could not devote full

energies for further studies. currently this is my third attempt. I

am not sure when i will be able to get the degree.

Because i could not succesfully finish my PHD, i could not get higher

academic position and this has led to unstable income and hampered my

professional development. Is there any possibility for sustained

success in my endeavours and if so when is the next successful period?

 

I am eager to hear from our members and i am sure i will be immensely

benefit from everyone's advice.
