When there are 2 or more planets in the 10th place, the samdharmiship goes to the most malefic planet in the house. I would take ve to be the most malefic in the house with 2 bindus. So, Mo would become SD to Ve not to Sa. I would like to know what Ash and others have to say about this case. Interesting... Saturn can not get bindus from Moon, because both have same bindus. Planet in the 10th must have 4 or less points and also, less bindus then planet in 4th. My understanding is that planet with less bindus receives bindus. If there are more planets in 10th with same bindus, most malefic one receives it. I guess the interesting part that I want to know about will happen when the following scenarios exist: 1. Mo with 4 point. ve and sa in 10th from mo. ve with 2 points. sa with 3 points. 2. Mo with 4 points. ve and sa in 10th from mo. ve with 2 points. sa with 2 points. (In this case I would take sa to receive the points since it is more malefic). Let me know what is your opinion about these scenarios. For samdharmi's based on 4:10 theory, let us say ve is in 1st and mo is in 4th house. Mo shall be SD to Ve if the following conditions are met: 1. Bindus of ve are less than bindus of moon. 2. Bindus of ve are less than or equal to 4. 3. If Bindus of ve are equal to 4 then ve should be lord of D or E. 4. Venus should be the most malefic planet in the house as explained by Dadhi.
