I quickly looked at the chart as I have little time due to work(), family, superbowl(Go Patriots!)..etc...

1. First let us look for delay. Sa is not aspecting A or B or C in Rasi but it is LoB and aspecting LoC(venus) in Navamasa and one of the aspect of sa is checked by Jupiter and

so it is not a big delay. Remember Sa is Lord of D for 7th as B.

 

2.a Now Ve is aspecting C and so it can't happen in Venus antra

b. Su is not aspecting A, B or C and also it is in D

c. Me is not aspecting A, B or C and also it is in D

d. Mo is in B and so it cannot happen in Moon antra

e. Ju is in Libra and it is spoiled for Marriage

f. Sa is Lord of D and it came before Su and Me and that is why it gave the marriage.

On the marriage day Sun was transiting Dhanishta nakshatra ruled by Mars (6th lord).
