Greeting to all,

I'm not an active member but I have tried to study this technique for

a few months now. The lessons, exchanges of mails and notes on the

website have greatly helped me.

A problem has arisen with the KAS 2005 worksheet for which I want to

thank all those involved, but it uses a different ayanamsa. I can

accept that there was an error somewhere,(written in some mails) I

cannot judge that but I did not understand the following:

Message 519 is an extensive study of the life of a person called " Ron

Gaunt " . The ayanamsa used is stated and this chart when calculated

with this KAS2005 worksheet confirms the ayanamsa given. Message 519

was posted on the 12th of July 2000

Going to lesson 6 which was posted on 23th august 2000 we find a list

with ayanamsas from the 1st of january and explanations of the

beginning date of the calculation of ayanamsa which is 24 february 366

AD and precession rate of 50.33 sec.

Chart of message 519, calculated with these values gives an ayanamsa

of 21:56:31.

I thought the chart 519 (from july 2000)was based on the values given

in the lesson (in august 2000)and wanted to know if using one of the

established ayanamsas used in vedic astrology (Raman, KP, Lahiri,

etc)would not be more simple especially because the difference between

Krushna's ayanamsa (option 1) and Krushna's ayanamsa (option 2) is

about 7 minutes?

I probably missed something or did not understand all messages

correctly. Thank you for clarification and the beautiful new version

of the worksheet

Nils
