It is stated that planets receiving less than 12 points in row 18 are considered malefic and planets receiving more than 12 points in row 18 are considered benefic for the indicated event as listed in House B. As an example, if Saturn has 2 AV points for House B, but gets more than 12 points in worksheet, do we consider it as malefic or benefic for House B? So here we take the strength of the planet as given in row 18. Sav points are not considered separately. Here you say the Sa is having more then 12 points so it may be considered as good.
