Can you find this in his horoscope. ( I could not find any "dosha" myself ). Birth Data : 18th Aug. 1965, 20:20 hours, New Delhi. He is still living and does shave everyday. Wears air tight cloths ( neck down ) not to scare off others, even in peak summers. Doctors say it is a genetic disease and have some medical terminology on these cases.
