Ash, What was the rationale behind " person not been able to hold on to property/seperation from father because mars having 0 in 4th? " . Mars is Bhoomi Putra (Son of Soil). 4th house is that of property and happiess and knowledge etc. It is House C for 12th as B, It is B for 4th and it is Karak sthan or A for 9th.
