Guest guest
I am troubled by the inconsistency of ayanamasha in Vedic astrology, as there seems to be rather a lot of differing opinions of which sidereal method is correct. In your system (what a terrific Excel program, by the way), my chart changes significantly, including the fact that I am now in a Sun/Moon Dasha period, when in the Lahiri method I won’t come to the Sun period until next September as I am in the last throes of my Venus/Ketu period. I would like to know what is the justification for your ayanamasha, as I would like to test it further. And what test would you recommend? Guest guest
Dear Kalev, The best way to verify anything is by testing it. In the end the real proof of the pudding is in its eating. Apply KAS with Krushnas ayanamsa and test all events of your life and see if they are in line. If you are not satisfied try it on 100's of charts and check all events of life. If something works u will get consistent results. I guess to me its as simple as that and this is my opinion only. Cheers !!! Guest guest
Thank you, Ash, and I have been doing so. I must say that it appears to hold up pretty well, I must say.
