Permanent shift from USA to India

Dear Ash, My son who has been working in USA from 1997 wants to know whether he would come back to India permanently at all and if so when. His name Kamesh , Date of birth 25 November 1964, Time of birth 15:23:20 ( rectified as per Tatwa/Antar Tatwa Siddhanta), Place of Birth Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh State, India ( Latitude17: 23 North and Longitude78:29 East). Is III house to be considered?( as I remember from your previous correspondence for permanent reallocation) His lagna is Aries. Jup retro in Aries, Rahu in Gemini, Moon in Cancer, Mars in Leo, Venus in Libra, Sun in Scorpio, Mercury & Ketu in Sagittarius and Saturn in Aquarius. His Moon period is from 8 Sept 1998 to 7 Sept 2008. The Sub peiord of Mercury in the main Moon is from 9 July 2004 to 8 Dec 2005, Ketu sub upto 9 July 2006, Venus sub upto 9March 2008 and Sun sub upto 7 Sept 2008. The III house Work Sheet is Jup (33 points), Mars (23), Venus(15), Sun(11), Moon (10), Merc(9) ans Sat ( 8). Dear Pemmaraju, Right your your son is having Sa transit over his 0 points and in your chart Mars is transitting over your house with 0 points. So in both charts its showing some worries and stress. In your sons chart the worries are coming from 3rd and 4th house so he must be asked to keep cool and not to make rash decisions. Even his Sa and Ju points are 7 so things might not be working in his favour at the moment. In your Sons chart Mars is having 0 power in SAV in 4th house. He might not have property in his name or if he tries to create something it might have some problems or worries and also its showing that he will live away from father too. Lagna and 9th lords are in 5:9 so he has your blessing and whenever he comes across difficult times he might be able to surpass that with your blessings.

This is very powerful Guru and Mars are in navpancham.
