Guest guest
Dear Ash, Using the Excel program, I have noticed that every time I have moved during my life after my permanent move to the US from France when I was nearly three years old (Oct 13, 1951) that I have moved when Venus was in my 11th. I moved in 1953 (Saturn/Moon dasha/bhukti and with Venus in the 11th); on 1-Aug-61, Mercury/Mercury with Venus in the 11th; in June 1972 during Mercury/Rahu with Venus in the 11th; in 1987, Venus/Venus, with Venus in the 11th and once in that same period without Venus in the 11th (don’t have the exact dates in my memory any more); and since then I have lived where I live now. Almost all my moves from one house to another have been during the summer basically. However, there is a great chance that I will be forced to move next year, and I am looking, for example, at 1-Aug-06, Sun/Rahu, with Mercury in the 11th as a possibility, if only as a hypothetical. Nevertheless, as I did once move during a Rahu subperiod and that the Sun rules my first (with it transiting in the 12th along with Saturn, a removal doesn’t seem unlikely). Now, looking at the powers, I am struck by how weak Venus is in my 11th, scoring three points in this B 11th house. There seems to be enough consistency here to assume a move and even in looking at various dates during that Venus transit through Gemini I still am not sure whether it is enough to be a sign that I will be moving. What is your opinion? Best regards, Kalev Pehme Dec 18, 1949 00:00:00 (midnight) Paris, France

Guest guest
Ash, Have you come to any conclusion with respect to the timing of the move that I posted? Guest guest
Dear Kalev, No, I havent gone into detail. However Venus takes about a year and a bit to travel around the chart so each year and a bit it might come to 11th house of your chart but u did not travel every year. Now yes you are correct, Ve does have 3 bindus in 11th house but that is accounted in the WS when we are casting it. Now each time Ve has come to your 11th house it means that Sun also might be coming to somewhere close means we use transit of sun for timing of events and Venus and Sun are not more than 2 signs apart. So in such case also see transit of sun. If might be triggering some sign and nakshtra. Now the reason for move you have not given. Also when you moved when you were young then I am not very sure that " you " moved. Your parents or some elders have moved and might have taken u when them. Now I do not know if such things are better seen in your parenst chart if they moved and took u with them as you might be too little or would it affect you directly? I am not clear on this aspect. Now for other moves, you moved in Rahu and Rahu is SD to Ju, you moved in Moon that is LoD for 3rd etc but without reason I am not sure which house to look. General indication means that if you moved in Moon antra then less happiness from 4th house matters. Jupiter also has 12 points for 4th house and MF = 0.8. Yes one more thing, your Venus is not weak for 11th house if you study the WS for 11th house. The Multiplicaton factor is also 1.2. You may go in deeper in finding the reason for the move and proceeding from there on. I hope that helps. Thanks, Cheers !!! Moves: Oct 13, 1952, immigration to the US, with parents and sister, by boat with arrival in the US on October 18. I mistakenly wrote 1951, sorry, can't proof read enough. That was during a Saturn/Sun period. Move during the summer in 1953 to another home with family, exact date not recalled, but it was during a Saturn/Moon period with Venus in the 11th. Moved to another home with family, two sisters now, 1-Aug-61, with Venus in the 11th, Mercury/Mercury period. Moved to my own apartment in June 1972, with Venus in the 11th, Mercury/Rahu period. Moved to twice in 1987, just about five months apart, the second of which was with Venus in the 11th, Venus/Venus. This move was back to my parents' home. The reason I may be moving is that my mother is dying and I am caring for her as she also has Alzheimer's. If she were to die within the next few months, which is what I expect astrologically, probably around Apr 26 after the big solar eclipse in March, I will have to sell the house and split the proceeds with my sisters. Thus, I would be forced to move. It seems to be, then, that I would probably have to be moving around August 1, as I don't expect that my house will remain on sale for a long time. That is in my Sun/Rahu period, with Venus in the 11th. Clearly, I missed the multiplication factor for the Venus in the 11th. I am astrologer, by the way, primarily using Uranian astrology. It is not a Western house system as much as it uses aspects and midpoints, as well as the Uranus, Neptune Pluto, and, six hypothetical planets or points, although one can use houses with the system. I use various forms of Vedic astrology to compare and complement. The Vedic seems much firmer on timing of overall actual events. The difficulty I have been having with all the Western systems is when to determine a potentiality in a chart comes to fruition and performs, and that includes the Western sidereal system based on Fagan/Bradley. What I have done is to compare how events have been expressed astrologically in both the West and East, and I have found that they do in fact come forth in both systems. But the dasha/bhukti system has a tremendous advantage over the Western system as to what is specifically activated and performs at any given time. In my Western chart, it appears that there are very strong indications of both my mother's death as well as a move in the summer. It seems to say the same in my Vedic chart as well. However, using the KAS ayanamasha, which seems more accurate for the details of my life, the consistency of my moving over the years with Venus in the 11th seems to indicate a move this year, in my Rahu subperiod. I just wanted a second opinion as my grounding in KAS is not yet very facile. Thank you. Best regards, Kalev Pehme
Guest guest
Dear Kalev, Death as per KAS happens in the highest power planets. I do not want to get into any prediction of death. Mars is LoE for 4th house so it can indicate good results for 4th house. Mars is placed in 2nd house so it will also bring worries in Mars's antra. Again mars is getting power from 2nd lord too. After March you get into Mars antra and hence I am talking about Mars. Kalev, its good to know that you are getting better results with KAY and the proper degree of moon and hence vimshottari dasha. Thanks for your note, Cheers !!! Ash , Icastes <icastes@o...> wrote: > > > Dear Kalev, > > No, I havent gone into detail.
