Dear Renu,

A specific lessons has been written to address the big question of

profession and you can either download the word document from the

file section of the pdf version from Donna Quinns Website at

To understand KAS its better to download all the lessons and the

KAS2005 excel program which can help you identify and time events.

 

To help you start off on the question of profession, the profession

giving planets are 10th lords from Lagna, Sun and Moon. Find their

positions in the navamsa and see the lord of the house they are

depositing. Means say 10th from lagna sign is capricorn and say

Shani is in first 3deg20 in 10th house with say Aries lagna then

10th lord is Shani. This shani in Rasi is at 9 degrees in

Capricorn. So it means that Shani is in Pisces navamsa. So it

means that Jupiter i.e. lord of Pisces is the 1st career giving

planet. Similarly check from Moon and Sun and also planets in 10th

house from lagna, sun and moon as per their points and status. Then

you find where Jupiter is placed back in Rasi so give you an idea of

the influence of the first career giving planet has on Rasi.

 

Apart from that many additional things have to be considered i.e.

the status of authority, 3:6:10:11 points, Sectors of lagna, sun and

moon falling in navamsa, dreshkon, trishansa etc to find out the

intellegence, the SAV points, the status of Moon which is mind, 5th

lord and its status, Sun and its status, 6th lord and Mercury and

their status etc etc etc... all things must be seen together to get

a good idea of the career and status and rise.

 

Also to find out if the person will do better in business or job and

if business then what kind, is it going to be like a continious

business say like a resteraunt, or a person on contract or fixed

salary.

 

Such things are given in the lesson with a lot of invaluable

discussion in the archives. You can start off with the lessons and

go through the archives.
