Let's take it afresh. Saturns delay is caused when it aspects or conjoins A, B, C or their lords in rasi or navamsa. here, Saturn is in house C, aspecting venus LoA, and LoB in navamsa by 3rd aspect? Isn't that right? so it's full delay. Jupiter is not moderating delay as it doesnt aspect saturn nor does it contribute to delay not involved with house A or LoA). so, according to that, by mid-July 2002 delay gets over, so marriage couldnt take place before that...but it did. I would ask Ash to throw light on this as well. I just wanted to get Ash's opinion as to fix the time of birth as you and me were not getting the marriage timing properly. Sa is also having 0 points in 12th house so might cause some further delay. As per this time, marriage happened in lowest points in Ra/Ra. Ra is SD to Ma and Ve. I dont know if this helps, Cheers !!!
