The birth time is reportedly right( from his birth certificate and as his Mom says). Some events if his life: First job in 1986 Changed job in 1988 with a jump in authority, change in field. Jumped to a higher authotiy, higher income job, with a move in early 99. The girl he married was his own choice (love marriage). Never has travelled abroad (yet). Has a Masters degree. Even lagna and 9th lords are in 5:9 so his parents are his well wishers and this person respects knowledge. It seems that this gentleman will have atleast have 4 strong relationships. In Mercury MD especially his mind set will be more towards enjoyment. He might have met someone in in Me/Ju and and also some shorter term attachments in Sa antra in Me MD. In Ketu MD which is when he might meet someone with more thoughts of settling down. More chances of meeting someone in Ketu/Ketu however not marrying in Ketu/Ketu itself.. Then in Ketu/Venus, here Venus is wiht Guru who is 6th lord and 9th lord. This is a strong period however its with 6th lord so here in this case it may not give marriage but relationship. Note that jupiter is 6th lord. If Jupiter can give marriage then why ketu did not give (it works like jupiter)? He was in touch with the same girl from 1989 i.e. Mer/Sat(not a marriage like, but romantic relationship). There are no other affairs or relations except for this (pretty sure about it). Jan 1994, the difference is of 1 month and few days. So sector might be wrong in my analysis the antra seems to be right. Mercury is strongest for 7th house. Rest you can follow. Rahu 1992-Nov-06 1993-Nov-25 Jupiter 1993-Nov-25 1994-Nov-01 About starting an affair also if it started in Sa, can u get the dates, we can check if that alligns i.e. small time change.
