Guest guest
Greetings Everyone, I am brand new to the list, fairly new to the study of Jyotish. I figured a good place to begin to understand Sri Krushna's system would be to construct a natal chart based upon his ayanamsa. I use JHora 7.02 to calculate charts, but I decided to try my hand at Krushnaji's calculation method first and obtained an ayanamsa of 22:17:35, based upon the birthdate 9/28/1961. I then went to JHora and subtracted 1 degree 1 minute and 40 seconds from Lahiri and came up with an ayanamsa of 22:17:32. Will this 3 second difference have a significant effect on the ashtakarvaga values? I would appreciate it if one of the members who has experience with KAS will check my math. Also... if my math is correct, can I adjust the program to subtract 1 degree 1 minute and 37 seconds to arrive at the correct ayanamsa and bindu values? Much Appreciative, olusanya
Guest guest
Dear Olusanya, Its better you can visit http://krushna.sageasita.com and get the proper value of KAY. There is also a free KAS2005 program that gives us the power in Worksheet and the degree of planets as per KAY. There are also lessons that u can download and go through them. Hope that helps, Cheers !!!
