Saturn causes delay (all the three houses or house lords are aspected by Saturn in Navamsa). Jupiter though shows some power to give marriage,it aspects house A, so only Mars is the planet that remains to give marriage. Now during recent Mars antra, the native was in his delay period, so could not get married. So yo are right, he has to wait for his coming Mars antra to get married. Let's hope for the best anyways. Mo occupies 6h (12th from 7th) and in Navamsa it is with Venus and aspected by Sat. Mo is also weak therefore cannot give result.Lastly Ketu is with Venus 6th lord and weak also in 7th house.Ketu is in the nak.of Ma so it becomes SD to Mars which has highest points in 7th house.Ketu being SD to Mars may give marriage.Ketu antar starts from Feb/2008 to Feb/2009.So marriage may take place sometime in Nov/2008.On 16 Nov 2008 Sun will transit in the sign of Mars(Scorpio) and in the nakshtra of Jup.
