Yes the Rashi and the nav charts are having equal status.

the points in Rashi and nav charts for ascendant counts much for the nature of

the person. there is slight difference. If in ascendant in Rashi chart....points

are more the person directly opposes and shows his view with out any

hessitation. If points in Rashi chart points in ascendant is less and in Nav

chart more points....indicates the person seems to be mild in behavior, will not

show his opposition directly, but will take the final desision on his own.
