It has sight on 11th house. It is with more points and hence it is having malefic sight on 11th house. So according to above statement, 11th house results are spoiled. So break it up. 1) 6th lord is in 12th 2) 6th lord is with more bindus. So here ther are 2 things. House B and House A both are affected. Here 6th lord is in 12th. So its not condusive to 6th house and its loosing its status. So 6th house is affected i.e House A. At the same time its aspecting 11th house with malefic drisiti. 7th aspect is that of enimity. So House B is affected. Cheers !!! If house A is aspecting house B (even if its aspect is melefic), yet its hosue A's lord who is aspecting. I do not think there is any easy solution. Just think what you have said, you have said the Karak is in 12th house from 6th and is aspecting House B. It means Karak is having sight of enimity on Phal sthan. (5th and 11th are 1:7 and they have enimity). Even NSD i.e Sa and Ve or Ma and Mo or Ma and Su if they are in 1:7 they cease to become NSD.
