There is a delay due to Saturn and Jupiter.Jupiter & Saturn are aspecting each other, Jupiter in Aries & Saturn in Libra each with 4 points in BAV. The 1st & 9th lords are in 5:9.Both delays are cancelled? Only Saturn delay cancelled? Still Jupiter delay remains due to aspect of Saturn? If both delays cancelled should we start from legal age for marriage to study marriage? Also in another similar case, there is only delay due to Saturn, Jupiter in Aries & Saturn in Libra with 4 points, 1st & 9th lords are in 1:7. With the data given, I cannot say for sure as so many scenarios come to mind. The data you have given in Guru in aries and Shani in libra. So they are in 1:7. Assume Shani is in 5th house in libra, say Gemini lagna and Guru is in Aries and Moon in 7th house. Now one thing is clear that Guru being in aries cannot be in nakshatra of shani, or in navamsa of Shani. So it can check delay of Shani. Things might change if Guru is from 20 to 23deg20 in Aries howerver. So say if lagna rising is Gemini from 3deg20 to 6deg40 and Sa is in 5th, Mo is in 7th and Ju is from 20 deg to 23deg 20 then things here might become more complicated. Now here say if Mercury is 9th house then again things become different as lagna and 9th lord goes in 5:9. But say if Lagna rising is Gemini from 0 to 3deg20 and Ju is from 20 to 23deg20 and Ju has more than 6 bindus in Rasi then again more problems in such a case even due to sa and Me being in 5:9 it might not reduce the delay. Yes after the delay is over it will try to give result in 1st sector itself. In any case, so many scenarios arise, so yes, if in general barring the exceptions, Ju will check delay of Sa and if at the same time if Ju is aspecting 7th and 2nd lord then it will enhance delay too. As per my understanding of your clarifications, I give below again my case studies mentioned earlier. It may be wrong, please correct & guide. CaseI: In Rasi: Sagittarius lagna, Jupiter in Aries, Saturn in Libra. Saturn is LoA, aspects LoB Mercury, itself in C, so Saturn delay & Jupiter aspects LoA Saturn, aspects LoB Mercury, aspects C, so Jupiter delay In Navamsa: Aries lagna, Jupiter in Virgo, Saturn in Scorpio, Saturn aspects A, with LoB, itself LoC, so Saturn delay & Jupiter aspects A, does not aspect B or LoB, so No Jupiter delay 1st lord Jupiter & 9th lord Sun in 5:9; Jupiter aspects Saturn with 4 points in Aries, Saturn aspects Jupiter with 4 points in Libra. No zeros in SAV. Jupiter is not in Libra in Navamsa.I I think the delays are cancelled since 1st & 9thlords are in 5:9. The ADs can be checked from legal 18th year for marriage. Case II: In Rasi: Scorpio lagna, Jupiter in Aries, Saturn in Libra, Saturn aspects A, does not aspect B or LoB Venus, aspects LoC Mercury, So No Saturn delay & Jupiter aspects A, does not aspect B or LoB Venus, so No Jupiter delay In Navamsa: Pisces lagna, Jupiter in Virgo, Saturn in Scorpio, Saturn aspects LoB Mercury, aspects LoA Mars, itself LoC, so Saturn delay & Jupiter in B, aspects LoA Mars, so Jupiter delay 1st lord Mars & 9th lord Moon in 1:7; Jupiter aspects Saturn with 4 points in Aries, Saturn aspects Jupiter with 4 points in Libra, No zeros in SAV, Jupiter is not in Libra in Navamsa. I think the delays remain since 1st & 9th lords are not in 5:9. The ADs can be checked after the delay periods are over for marriage. These delays are still giving problem to me to assess.
