This is about the following statement in the lesson:

 

If Saturn is in the fourth house from House A (as indicated in Figure 7) it

will have sight on all the three significator houses. In such a case, the

event is experienced late in the life. Delays may be repeated about 1.5 to

1.75 times. In such cases, while in the delay period, the event may not be

experienced.

 

Q: If Saturn has four points (thus the aspects are neutral) in the

ashtakavarga then will there be delays as mentioned above?
