Timing marriage

Question for list members -

 

we know the dasha - when Saturn delay gets over (saturn transiting the

sign prior to its natal position) - does not give marriage, atleast in

most cases. In this case, we go to the next dasha that can give

marriage. Will the first sector of this dasha give marriage or the

delay rule is still applied in finding out the sector.
