In this chart I would pick Mars antra, and sector would pick marriage from 15th june thru 4th july as pdf is very powerful during that time in 2004. But antra of Mars is what I pick. Cheers !!! Feel free to try using diff navamsa too. I just made an attempt and I maybe wrong. But the purpose is learning on concrete footings. So definitly try. With the current time I got navamsa lagna and 9th lord in navamsa as 5:9 and that cause me to rectify as Manu said that there is delay in marraige in this chart. Hope that clarifies why I made the rectifcation and made the prediction based on the rectified chart. Cheers !!! You are free to use the rectified time if you feel that would give solution closer to the actual date. I don't have sufficient knowledge to answer your question with confidence.
