yes Geeta, any full delay will give event in last sector. Only if

the delay causing planet gives the event then it will be in first

sector.

dear Gita,

 

Till a few days back I was considering and applying only rasi 1st

and 9th lords (5:9 relation or other relation)in rasi and navamsa.

After Pratap's chart I came to know about this law that the 1st and

9th lords in navamsa if in 5:9 can nullify delay. I have never

applied it, so cannot say. But yes, from a few discussions before,

navamsa 1st and 9th lords in 5:9 in navamsa can cancel ANY delay.
