I have another question. Suppose there is Jupiter delay in Rasi and

Navamsa Lords 1 and 9 are in 5:9 placement. Can this nullify the

delay?

 

I remember Ash saying we consider lords of Rasi only when

calculating delay. Is this applicable in this context too.
