There is no delay in rasi & navamsa due to Jupiter. Jupiter in Pisces aspects Saturn in Cancer in Rasi. But Jupiter is in Aquarius in Navamsa, Saturn in Virgo and Jupiter does not aspect Saturn in navamsa. I am not a little clear whether this scenario of Jupiter could cancel the Saturn delay. As per your earlier mail to Bala (given below), I understand that this Jupiter would not cancel Saturn delay. So in such a case Ju might not be able to check delay of Guru. The essence is that if Ju is in sign, nakshtra of navamsa of Shani then in that case Ju cant check delay of Shani. Cheers !!!
