So your guidance might be very helpful to me. (main reason for seeking your advice is that you live in Canada). I have one offer of PhD from Switzerland and another one is from University of Utah. I havent decided where i am going right now. I want to go for a job. I am searching for that in materials engineering but havent got success. My peers are saying that its difficult to get a job without PhD in the core field (my core is material science). But there are plenty of jobs in software engineering. Infact i got one job offer from one of the consultant from Atlanta, GA (in data warehousing). Do you think that its advisable for me to go to software field (althogh i studied materials engineering for 6 years) ? How good is this field Data Warehousing ? Will not i face trouble in this as i dont have any such kind of software experience ? Please respond it from your experience in software as well as astrologicallly. Now a days, I am having a hard time finding free time to do exhaustive searches. Kindly help me by giving reference with my predictions and the result that have actually come to pass.
