Every Vedic Astrologer in town has predicted her marriage will take place between September and December of this year. I will attach the excel spreadsheet with this chart if anybody would like to check with the KAS system and see if this timing is possible. According to my learning, SA is the lord of house E and aspects LOA,LOB and LOC in the rasi chart ( hence indicating full delay). However SA is the lord of E and its Mahadasa starts this April. It has one zero in its SAv table therefore the next sector. But then when I read the chapter on delay causing planets, it says that the zero for SA makes the event happen in the anterdasa of Lord D only. Since SA is LOE, we can say that the event can happen in the first sector itself. Some time in November-December which coincides with what the vedic astrologers have said. If anybody else wishes to practise/predict or thinks differently on it, please feel free to do so. I look forward to hearing all of your comments.
