Dear List Members, Namaskar,

Let us do some exercise and practice to find out the

date of marriage in respect of following couple. If

you are interested then only.You may take your own

time.

The birth details are-

Husband- DOB-26 Jun 1969 , TOB 09:00 PM, POB- 16 N 15,

80 E 35, India

Wife- DOB- 21 Sep 1968, TOB- 06:24 PM, POB- 16 N 36,

81 E 24, India

I casted the chart of husband first and got the Asc as

17 Cp 19.

LoB is Mo in 10th house. LoA is Sa in house D with 4

bindus and conjoined Ve with strong 5 bindus. Ve is NK

and Sa is FK both in house D therefore karaka is good.

LoD is Ma who is retrograde and occupy house C. Ma is

strong in C with strong 5 bindus. LoE is Jup in 9th

house strongly posited with 7 bindus. Jup is afflicted

with Ra/Ke thus becomes weak.

Full delay is caused by Sa and Ju both. Jup aspect Sa

so delay caused by Sa may be moderated.

There is one zero in SAV chart contributed by Sa in

5th ouse.

Su to Ve distance is > 43 deg thus Ve is spoiled.

Ve-Ma is in 6/8 combination.

Extra marital relations or affairs may be saud.

Lagna lord and its 9th lord Sa-Me is in 2/12

combination indicates the marriage may be against the

will of father or guru.

Mo-Sa ia in 1/7, Me-Ju is in 5/9 in rasi but 6/8 in

navamsa.

7th lord Mo and 5thlord Ve is in opp. to each other in

4/10 houses. The 12th lord Ju in rasi aspects Mo the

7th lord from 9th house in navamsa, 11th lord Ma and

5th house of love and emotions and Sa FK of marriage.

This indicates the love marriage at some foriegn

places.

But there may be break in marriage during Ma antara.

In WS Mo and Ma is weak for 7th house. The 7th lord Mo

is weak in allmost all houses except 4th, 8th and 12th

house.Therefore married life will survive but with

some friction.

Date of Marriage- This chart shows full delay by Sa

and Ju both. This delay is moderated bu the aspect of

Ju to Sa. Therefore total delay may be composted to 27

years and 6 months.Since there is one zero in SAV ,

this has enhanced the delay of 2y and 9 months.

Computing the total delay we arrive at the end of

delay on 26 Sep 1999. During this period the native

was passing through Ve antara in Me MD.

Ve is strongly posited in house D with 5 bindus and he

is strong with 23 points in WS for 7th house .

Therefore Ve may be eager to give the result.

Since Sa is causing full delay and it is moderated by

Jup and due to one zero the event of marriage may

happen in second sector.This comes to the period from

26 Nov 1999 through 06 Nov 2000.

Now I have to consider the PDF to bring the period

more near to the event.Next two planets with highest

points are Su and Ve for 7th house so when Su transits

in Ve sign and/or the constellation of Su the event

may take place.This happens during 15 May to 24 May.

Therefore marriage might have been performed sometime

between 15 May 2000 to 24 May 2000.

Now this period should match with that of his wife's

chart. Her chart will be examined on other postings.

Interesting chart.

Check the following:

Ve is in krittika.

Ve to Su distance 45.4 degs.

ve placed with sa in rasi.

sa aspects both luminaries, mo and su in rasi.

There is a zero in the 5th house by Saturn.

Also, I think me/me may have given marriage. Maybe in 2nd sector from

5/1996 to 3/1997.

Tensions might have arised in marriage in ke sub and may have finally

broken in ve sub.

Dear Manu, Thanks,

This couple married on 7 Jul 1999 and happily living.Their married life is OK.

But the problem is they do not have any kids.Justify the marriage timing of

this couple. For husband it is in line but for wife the timing is going out of

line. Just see the chart of wife and give your findings .Thanks and regards.

Thanks Ramesh. For some reason I am not getting as

much delay as you did although I too got Ju full delay

as well as Sa full delay. I will check my calcs again.

Dear Ramesh,

Please note that Ju is in saturn sign in navamsa hence will not be

able to moderate the delay of saturn even if it aspects saturn in

navamsa. So, sa delay is full and of 25.8 years (can you please check

that). Also, ju delay will be over when (and I want you to please

verify this) Ju conjoins/aspects lagna or conjoins/aspects Moon (lord

of 7th). Now, since moon is a fast moving planet, ju shall aspect moon

within 16 days of sa delay coming to an end.

Let me know if you find anything wrong here. It will be instructive.

Also, I agree. The lady's chart should also give proper timing. Let us

take it up later. Can you share some events in their life.

For child birth, check 5th house, Sa gives a 0 in 5th house. Me lord

of 6th is in 5th with 6 points. Lord of 5th, Ve is in 12th to 5th. Ma

has 5 points and aspects 5th malefically. Ju has 7 points and aspects

5th malefically. Jupiter (karak for child birth) SD to su in 6th house

with 3 points. Many factors against 5th house, eh!

Dear Ramesh,

Please note that Ju is in saturn sign in navamsa hence will not be

Thanks Manu.You are correct Ju doesnot moderate

delay.I do not have any other events as native did not

give.His marriage timing is in line.Please check up

the timings of his wife.I do not find her marriage in

Hi Ramesh,

I think I am missing something here. Can you please

explain how have you arrived at marriage time for

husband giving that delay calculations change?

Also, the marriage timing does not seem to match with

wife's chart. That is the reason we would want more

events in their life? We can then check if the time

provided is correct or needs rectification.

Hi Manu, Namaskar,

I think nobody is interested in the chart or else everybody may be busy .So

only you are attending and analysing the chart.

In husband chart there is full delay caused by Sa and Ju both. This delay ends

sometime in the month of Oct' 93. The dasa running was Ju antara in Sa MD.

Since the delay is over in Ju antara, leave this antara. Next antara was of Me

in Me MD. Me aspects house C , will not give result.Then antara of Ke begins.Ke

will act for Me and Su. Su is in 6th house and in navamsa it aspects house A,

therefore did not come forward. Then Ve dasa started. Ve is in house D will good

5 bindus and he is with second highest 23 points in WS .Ve is eager to give

result hence Ve dasa was beneficial for the native.

Dear Ramesh & Manu,

I returned from my tour today and tired. I quickly looked into the charts.

With my limited understanding, here is my analysis, which may be wrong and

which you may correct for my better knowledge & learning.

Husband:

When Saturn enters Pisces 0deg2’ on 19 May 1995n Saturn delay ends. At that

time Jupiter retro is in Scorpio 19 deg 13’ and aspects 7th house Cancer. So

Saturn delay is over at 25years 10 months 23 days. Since there is one zero in

SAV, adding 10 % more i.e., 2 years 7 months 2 days, the delay ends at 28 years

5 months 25 days, which comes to 21 Dec 1997.At that time, Mercury MD- Ketu AD

is from 19 Dec 97 to 16 Dec 98. Ketu is SD to Mercury & Sun. Mercury has 2

points and Sun has 4 points. So Ketu is more like Sun. But Sun is in 6th black

hole in Rasi and aspects A in navamsa. So sun AD is not taken. Next Venus AD is

from 16 Dec 98 to 16 Oct 2001. Venus is in D in rasi, LoE in navamsa, has 23

points in WS for 7th house, NK, LoE for 12th with 14 points for 12th house,

though in B in Navamsa. So Venus AD can give marriage. Due to one zero in SAV &

Venus does not aspect A/B/C, the 1st sector is taken from 16 Dec 98 to 26 Nov

99. Sun transit PDF can be Mercury- Jupiter from 6

to 16 July, Mercury is MD 13 points & Jupiter is 2nd highest after Venus. So

the marriage may be between 6 to 16 July 1999.

The 1st & 9th lords in rasi & navamsa are in 2:12 and so there may not be

blessings from elders, may be it is a love affair & the female is elder than

male, which is slightly non-customary if in India..

In rasi 1st & 7th lords are in 1:7, Moon lord & 7th lord in 6:8, Sun lord & 7th

lord is in 3:11 and in navamsa also they are in 6:8, 6:8 & 3:11 and so the

relationship may be OK.

Wife:

I changed the given Time of birth 18:24 hrs to 18:32 hrs

Saturn delay ends on 19 May 1995 at age 26 years 7 months 28 days, to which

10%, 2 years 7 months 30 days, is added due to one zero in SAV. Then the age is

29 years 3 months 28 days, which ends on 19 January 1998. Then Rahu MD- Rahu AD

runs from 16 May 1995 to 26 Jan 1998. Since this AD Rahu is close to the delay

period, it is not taken. Next AD Jupiter is from 26 January 98 to 21 June 2000.

Jupiter is LoD & in E in navamsa & >12 points for WS 12th house, though <5

points for 7th WS, in 6th & aspects A in rasi. So Jupiter AD can give marriage,

with some trouble. Since there is one zero in SAV and Jupiter’s weak position,

the 2nd sector is taken from 14 November 1998 to 3 September 1999.Sun transit

points for 7th & LoD & Jupiter is AD. So the marriage may be between 6 to 16

The 1st & 9th lords are in rasi in 1:1 & in navamsa 4:10 and there may not be

blessings from elders, may be it is a love affair & male is younger than female,

which is slightly non-customary if in India.

In rasi 1st & 7th lords are in 3:11, Moon lord & 7th lord in 6:8 & Sun lord &

7th lord 3:11 and in navamsa they are in 2:12, 5:9 & 3:11 and so the

relationship may be OK.

Thanks Ramesh, Pemmaraju,

I think you will agree that there are many factors in husband chart

that indicate an unstable marital life. I wonder why did not ke give

marriage? ke is SD to su and su in in 6th house. When unhappy

marriages are concerned, the marriage usually happens in 6th lord AD,

or AD of planets SD to 6th lord. In this case, ke then should have

given marriage, isn't it?

Respected Rayudu Sir and Manu,

Rayudu Sir, very nice to see you back on the forum. In case of wife's chart

you have tried to proof the timings somehow. Since you rectified the birth time

as 18:32 hrs Ju came into house E in navamsa thus arranged to your reasoning.

So far I never read anywhere in archives or during discussion that LoD or LoE

of navamsa or planet in these houses in navamsa has been considered.

Probably I may be wrong or my conception might be wrong. This point is to be

clarified.

I got three events in case of his wife.

1.She has one brother and 2 sisters.She is youger in her family.

2.Her father passed away in March 2000.

3.She met with an accident in her childhood effecting her right eys though not

a serios one.

I verified the event of her father's death. Her father died during Ra-Ju.

For the death of father we consider fourth house becasue 4th is 8th from 9th

house of father. Therefore LoD is Ju and Ra MD lord is in house D.

The karaka for father is Me. Ra is SD to Ju and Me It is more like Ju .

So the event took place in Ju antara. Ju has 18 points in WS for 4th house.

11th house is third from 9th house . This house has only 11 points attained by

Ju and 4th house has 18 points in WS by Ju. Therefore the points in life is less

than that of the death. This event is in line according to the given time.

But I am still unable to understand the antara of Ju for marriage. Can anybody
