As per my knowledge and experiences this chart is showing non-marital status. 1. There is no delay in chart either by Sa or by Jup. 2.Lagna lord is Ve and 9th lord is Me they are in 3/11 in rasi and in 5/9 combination is navamsa.So the native got blessings but this blessings are in vain because Me is afflicted by Ma and Su. So Ve is also afflicted by Sa and Ra.We can say that both of these two planets are under curse.This affliction is present both in rasi and navamsa. 3.Su to Ve distance is > 43 deg thus Ve is spoiled. 4.Both the luminaries are under the sight of Sa. 5.His house D is strongly occupied by the 6th lord Ju with 7 bindus thus reduces the result of house D. Ju also aspects with malefic sight to house E. 6. His 7th house is occupied by a malefic Ma. 7.The SAV points in lagna is 35 and that of 7th house is 23. So more difference. 8.Me is karaka of 2nd house who aspects malefically 7th house and 7th lord.LoD for 2nd house is in house A of 7th house and LoE of 2nd is in house E of 7th. If at all marriage takes place somehow then also it may not last longer. I think these are the sufficient points for non-marital status. Anyways he has shortlisted couple of them and has to choose between them.
