Dear Ash,Manu,Harjeet,others,

 

I hope you can help me with some very basic questions. I am looking

to predict an event on Oct 23, 2006 by going thru lesson 15. I am

stuck on step 4.

 

1.I cast my chart using WS.

 

2. Vimshottari Mahadasa is Rahu and sub dasha is Sun.

 

3. Rahu and Sun

 

4. " find out which houses have lordship of the main period lord

(mahadasa lord). "

 

I can not figure from the lessons, which houses are considered owned

by Rahu in KAS. I figured out that Rahu is supposed give results of

the lord of the house in which it is placed. Therefore Rahu will

give results similar to Me but can I consider Rahu to own Mithuna

and Virgo?

Here is the summary of rahu/ketu samadharmi rules

 

When Rahu and Ketu are present in any house, the ruler of the house will be

samadharmi and, the Nakshatra constellation (lord) they are in will be

samadharmi. Incase if Nakshatra constellation is again ruled by rahu or ketu we

look at the house they are in and the ruler of the house will be samadharmi. Now

we have two planets that could be samdharmi. So we now look at the bindu points

for the house where rahu ( or the one you are interested in) by each of these

planets, which ever one has more bindu points will be the samadharmi to rahu (

or the one you are interested in)

 

Example: If Rahu is there in moola nakshatra. Lord of the house is Jupiter and

Lord of Nakshatra is Keteu, Ketus is Ardra , Lord of the house is Mercury. Now

look for the points of Me or Je in the Summary Sheet and for the house Rahu/Ketu

are present. Which ever has more points , rahu/ketu will be samadharmi's for

those planets

 

Ash and others, correct me if my explanation is wrong.
