His birth details are as below. DOB- 07 Feb 1949 TOB--05:45 AM POB- Delhi, India 28 N 39, 77 E 13 His Asc is 1 Cp 17 just at junction of Sg. With this time full delay is caused by Sa and the delay is moderated by Ju. When you reduce the time by 5 min then Asc comes as 29 Sg 58. We do not find delay by Sa but Ju is causing the delay. Mo is aspected by Sa and Ma 6th lord is Me with 05:45 AM and that is Ve with 05:40 AM. In both the cases NK Ve is affected. Ve is in the nak. ruled by Su. Can you please check up the chart and submit your findings with the reason , why the native is still unmarried ? As per the chart these reasons are insufficient for denail / delay of marriage. When the asc is Sg then Ma contribute zero points in SAV for 2nd house. LoD /LoE is Ma and Ju for both the asc. Please attempt this chart during your leisure period. I think this is the very interesting chart for learning purposes. I asked the native for some of his past events. Let us wait for his reply, however the asc will be either Cp or Sg.
