It seems that you are very busy in your assignments.Here is my attempt to this chart. I got asc as 10 Li 23. There is no delay in the chart either by Sa or Ju. Ju is 6th lord and casting his malefic aspect on houses B and C, LoC,LoE and NK for 7th and 12th house.Ju is in 7th house in navamsa. The native has got blessings of her father or guru. Su to Ve distance is < 43 deg so satisfactory Ve is in the nak.ruled by Su and in the sign of Su so Ve is afflicted here. The relationship between Lagna and its 7th, between Su sign and its 7th and between Mo sign and its 7th is 4/10, 3/11 and 4/10 respectively. There is no zero in SAV chart. The chart is showing timely marriage. Her marriage time ripes during Ju antara in Sa main. Ju antara will not give marriage.Next is Me antara in Me main.Me is LoE and occupies house C with 16 points for 7th in WS.Me is also in the nak.ruled by Ve who is weak due to conjunction with Su. Being LoE Me qualifies for giving the event of marriage. But Me is weak also for 5th and 12th house in WS. Therefore according to my thinking Me will not perform the marriage. The FK Ma and NK Ve for 7th and 12th in WS is weak. The FK Me for 5th is also weak in WS.LoA,LoB and LoC for 5th is weak. Therefore based on the above analysis I came to the conclusion that though marriage is promised in the chart, the native is still unmarried and her marriage may take place in Ra antara before completing 30 years of age. My analysis might be wrong also. Since Me antara should give marriage and I omitted this antara because Me being weak in 5th and 12th house. Thanks and regards. (In fact her health condition would improve after this only). She would be very happy after wedding, except for few hiccups for short periods.
