So Mercury is giving marriage. (Why 3rd sector? dont know) 12th and 5th house dont get activated. BUT it is a love marriage. The couple know each other from a long time. One thing which may be important to know is that both charts match very well according to KAS. So, may be the attraction overrides some laws. (I remember Krushna ji saying that once). Ash can throw some light on this more. So that is good. All are correct in their analysis that there is no delay and there is blessing also in this lady's chart. So marriage should happen early. Mercury is LoE and in 12th from 12th house. So its enhacing 11th house but its loosing status as 12th lord. So here I feel that in Mercury antra, the couple might not marry but they might marry in Ketu who is SD to Sa and Ma (LoD and Karak) and its in 2nd house, so in House D for 5th, and its SD to LoE for 12th. So in Ketu all 3 will activate powrefully. Marriage will happen in 1st sector of Ketu. Now, if there is slight change in birth time, then Ketu will start or 13 days time diff starts then. But its close enough. So then, marriage will be in 1st sector of Ketu as there is no delay and not in 3rd sector of Mercury. When marriage is in LoD in female chart, then there is also chance of conception in same antra. So here Ketu might give conception also to the lady or say more chances. Cheers !!! Ketu is in 5th house so its eager to give 5th house results, its LoE for 11th so it may give conception. You are fully correct that marriage may happen in first sector of Ketu antara but marriage date is fixed in Feb 2007 in third sector of Me antara. If you see longitudes of Mo and if it is advanced further it tallies with Ketu antara. Might be TOB is wrong. Diff of 10 min in Mo long make the Ketu antara perfect for marriage in Feb 2007. His chart does not show delay by Sa but delay is due to Jup.Jup delay is nullified because of the presence of blessings. This chart has one zero in SAV by Ma in 2nd house. So marriage may happen in second sector. Su to Ve distance is < 3 deg which is only 23 min behind the Su. Ve is weak in this chart compared to female chart. From lagna, Su, Mo and 7th from them is Ma/Ve in 5/9, Me/Ju in 6/8 combination. Therefore only 30 points is accumulated. When you calculate the timing ,it is a case of marriage in normal age which is 21 years for male chart.That time native was passing through Su antara in Su main. Next Mo antara will follow. Mo is in house A therefore Mo can not give the event. Next is Ma antara. Ma is 6th lord and occupies strongly with 6 bindus in house E with Sa LoD. Ma is weak in WS for 7th so Ma will not give the event. Next comes Ra antara. Ra is SD to Ve LoE. Ve is also LoB and aspects house A . But Ve being LoE will dominate. Ve is also weak in WS for 7th. So its SD is eager to give the result. Since their marriage is fixed in Feb 2007, Ra antara may perform marriage in second sector i.e. before 20 Feb 2007. This TOB seems to be correct. I checked up the chart with Sg lagna also but that is not matching according to consequences. Since Manoshi told it is love marriage.
