Birth time rectification

Dear Learned members,

 

My birth time is actually 20.45 at night ,but one of the astrologers

I met told me that there can be a difference in my birth time by 10

to 15 minutes.Do you think this can make a lot of difference in my

birth chart?

DOB 23-12-1977

TOB 20.45 pm

POB Trivandrum, kerala,India

Currently living in Abu Dhabi ,UAE

Events :Joined first Job in 1999 feb/came to UAE in march 8,2004 .

 

 

Since I have only started learning KAS recently ,It is difficult for

me to find it on my own.Please help me if you have time.
