Dear Manu,

 

1. Completed my education in dec of 2005

2. Moved to canada in may of 98

3. completed studies in mechanical and chemical engineering

4. joined first work in jan of 2006 changed to another job in july of

2006.

 

Not being able to find satisfaction, I seek something in the chemical.

mechanical field in terms of my education but seem to land up in

electrical. My preference is working in the oil and gas industry.

 

Lack of satisfaction on career front with suffering finances.

 

I hope that helps. Kindly shed some thoughts on this it would be much

appreciated to know weather this is going to keep goign on or will

this change and I could actually hold a higher athurority position

with decent finances.

Do this. Cast your chart using KAS2006 program, and tell me where is

Sa transitting, check the SAV and see.

Secondly, tell me the power of the antra's the current one and the

past 2 and check their power for 6th and 10th.

I think you will get your answer.

 

Next, is to see when things will improve w.r.t satisfaction, so for

that check the next dasha of ju/ju. Keep in mind that MD will be

changing, you can read up on that from the archives, next check the

power in the WS for that planet and its status.

It will all be clear.

Can you kindly tell me where is the KAS2006 program avaliable. I was

looking under 'files' and wans't able to find it. Also u suggested WS

I take it that means worksheet. Is that the master worksheet located

in the files sections as an excel file.

 

can you also ellaborate on what you mean by 'check their power for

6th and 10th " ?

 

Also is there a specfic artcile of MD change that I should refer to,

to understand my jupiter dasa.

Dear Ash,

 

I was going through the workbook and trying to check up on the points

you have mentioned. The system is quite confusing at the first glance.

Its like playing with numbers (something that I enjoy since I am an

engineer by professions and like numbers).

 

What I have been able to assess so far is saturn is transiting my

house 5 which has zero points and hence the dissatisfaction. I however

do not understand what you mean by the power of jupiter and antra

lords (is this bindu points) since I guess all numbers are

representativ of power in one way or another.

 

I have actually been practicing prashara system and the jaimin system

since I was 10 years of age and have a very good understanding of both

of those system, but enjoy hearing some opinions on my chart simply

because I tend to have a strong bais on my own thoughts about my own

chart, simply because its my chart or destiney and enjoy hearing

someone's thoughts.

 

I guess the only hard time I am having with the KAS system is its not

very intution friendly perhaps due to the nature of the system I think

it is more of a timing oriented system like KP than prediction

oriented. Also for a first time learner it makes it hard to go through

all the calculations to understand planetry affects which are quite

opposite to the traditional system (like malefic and benefic planets)

and benefic planets casting malefic aspects.

 

I have seen however than no matter which system we use (being human)

there is always uncertainity in the final outcome. I have been able to

time certain things quite accurately with vimshottra dasa and when it

comes to how the mind feels shifting onto the nakshatara dasa's help

much.

 

I admire every new system for its varity it brings into the

astrological field. But I must admit the KAS system is slightly on the

harder scale to intuitevly master and after studying parashara and

jaimini it gets hard to master or learn a system that is opposite to

the norms.

Dear Amit,

 

For checking the power of the planet to give results you need to check

the strength of the planet in worksheet in KAS2006 program. The bindus

that the planet gets for each houses effectively get a place in the

worksheet. You need to understand how the worksheet is being

calculated. Maybe you can practice calculating the worksheet manually

for few charts before directly using it from program.

 

Timing of events hinges on proper understanding of how Worksheet is

being calculated.

 

This system is very scientific and methodical and since you are an

Engineer you will definitely like it once you understand the

calculation part. Read the lessons written by Krushnaji and

consolidated by Donnaji. The excel program will help you quickly have

the calculation part done.

 

Yes, this program is difficult for beginners, hence, Krushnaji says

that basic knowledge of vedic astrology is pre-requisite for learning

this system.
