Hoping members can come and we can discuss timing with an example. Ash had broadly pointed out to consider houses 4, 11, 12, and 6th. Should be purchasing, can be with loan (i.e. mortgage) but not renting as that would differ as the person is not investing in an asset. Puneet, if memory serves me well, I think Pemmaraju had given a quiz about him purchasing a house. I had also attempted that chart and if memory serves me well, I think the time I came up with was the time where Pemmaraju had purchased the land and construction begun a bit later, I believe. In any case, that also might serve as a good exercise as we are going by conception theory. So in your research, keep such things in mind as well. Puneet, also I had mentioned to you to study 2nd house also along with other houses that you had pointed out. For those, who might received House in inheritance etc, for that 8th house might become important as well. So, it is important for u to also first make sure that in the charts u receive some events are given, to make sure that the birth time is right first. Otherwise if the birth time is off, then all your effort might confuse you. However, those on list who wish to study, timing of property, might give their charts, with some events which are given on list's main page for study of sincere members, it will be good. Cheers !!!
