My initial instincts was that its Sa antra and 1st sector. House totals in summary is also very low. Rahu in the 9th house aspected by Mangal. 9th lord moon with sun and aspected by shani.Lagna lord and 9th lord are also in 2:12 relationship.9th lord is also with 8th lord. I would like to know whether the native had pitru sukh. coming to the question of marriage, Saturn is with lord of A, aspects lord of C and is in C and is with lord of B in navasha.( One thing I noticed is that the navansha lagna changes if one adds a couple of minutes to the birth time) I personally do not like houses in navansha. Whether houses or bhavas exist in amshas is debatable. Even if they existed for the reasons cited above I am never too sure about lagna of divisions. Anyway. Now Guru here is a tricky planet Jupiter is with saturn so can check the delay, but he himself is lord of A. Jupiter is aspecting House B and is himself Lord of A. Whether that makes him powerless to check the delay or will it cause delay himself, I am not sure. Because of the 9th house afflictions I talked about I would go with delay. Even Saturn in 5th house in navamsa can delay marriage however we do not take lords of the divisional charts nor do we take 4:10 or aspects in Divisional charts on house ABC or lords of ABC in d charts. So, as per KAS, this is all very clear. No confusion about taking house in divisional charts. SAV infact is casted based on points being distributed to house from their positions. In her community, girls can generally get married anywhere between 18years of age till 25 - 27 years of age. She currently works as a administrative person in a car dealership.
