Now, the rule is that the antardasha when Saturn's delay gets over, cannot give marriage. And, it is the next antra that will give marriage. If we apply this, shouldn't the person still be unmarried? Am I not understanding the rule correctly? In all the cases the delay was over by first sector of Me antra. So with all this in mind yes the event will happen in the same antra where delay was over. Just my 1 cent.
