DOB : 5-9-1982 PLACE : SRINAGAR (J & K) lati 34.06N longi 74.48E TIME : 21.30 PM Currently she is running under KETU MD and mercury antra till 4thNOV, 2007. And after this she be running venusMD and venus antra till march 6th 2011. As venus is NK as well as FK for this chart,but the LOD and LOE MOON and JUP respectively for 7th house who will be more eager to deliver result.I think in dis case SD to venus which is SUN come forward to act but sun too has 7points(<12) in dat case to act as SD, So finally JUP as the strong significator of house 7 will come forward for the event as such which is also LOE has 20 points this house. One thing is there dat SAT is aspecting LOD in 12th house as such marriage may be delayed to 2nd sector beside JUP in libra in natal chart, spoiling ,also, MAR is in 7th house being lord of 8th house , thus spoiling the result of 7th house though venus is not spoiled being with sun owing to 4LE 32 degrees and sun is 20LE2 degrees. Venus is in Magha and there is one 0 in the ashtakvarga so some delay is indicated. I do not see any saturn or guru delay. The next dasha of venus - venus, venus having >12 points in WS can give marriage. Venus is not samadarmi to LOD or LOE. From transit perspective after Nov 2007, Guru moved to Dhanu and shani fully in Simha sign will be fully activating the 7th house and seventh lord from lagna. Venus is samadharmi to sun who is loD for 10th house, so as the native is graduating, work life will also begin. Ve is aspecting House C so itself can't give. Now to check if it can come forward as SD to a powerful planet. Now Ve is NSD to Sa but Sa is weak so Sa can't give so it wont depute Ve in its place either so that is out. Next, Ve is SD to Sun who again is weak for 7th house so it can't depute Ve either. And finally Ve itself can't give despite it has high points. So here what will Venus do? I do not think even Venus can give result. She might get her degree in Ve/Ve as Venus has highest power for 5th house and MBBS is 5th house matter. Venus is also LoE for 9th house so she might go abroad to do further studies too. So maybe in Ve / Ve she might still be a student. There after strongest dasha to give result is Moon who is LoD in House E. Before that its Sun antra and its nsd to mars so that might step in for Mars earlier. Sun itself is Weak but may come forward for Ma. So in Su antra she might marry in Ve MD. Now most important thing again is blessing. Here in this chart, lagna and 9th lord of rasi is in 5:9 in navamsa. So there is blessing. Now ju is in libra so its also taking part in delay so here it might weaken the blessing thereby unable to fully nullify the delay. So Ve/Su should be the first powerful time for marriage. Sun is NSD to Ma who is strongest for 7th, SD to Ve LoD for 5th and Sun is LoE for 12th. So its having relation to all 3 important house for marriage.
