Buying house

If we look for period when a person can buy a new house (and sell his

old one), will it be a period of planet with more than 12 points in H4

or one with less than 12 points.

 

My thinking is if a planet has less than 12 points, it can make a

person sell his existing house (could mean buying a new house!). Am I

right?

 

In my case, I am running Venus antra right now in Jupiter's main

period. Venus has 11 points in H4.

 

Any direction you can provide will be helpful.
