This boy had an accident on 6th April 2007 and he died on 7th April 2007. During the accident he only suffered fracture below his thighs but it was said in the mail that doctors made some mistake in operation room and the native died. He was also normal for 14 hours before the operation started the next day at 11:30 AM. Here are the details. DOB = 17th Dec 1988 TOB = 16:00 Latitude = 23N05 Longitude = 70E08 Lagna : 1 Ta 52 Planet Degrees As 1 Ta 52 Su 2 Sg 55 Mo 18 Pi 37 Ma 20 Pi 22 Me 11 Sg 50 JuR 5 Ta 11 Ve 6 Sc 48 Sa 11 Sg 4 Ra 15 Aq 45 Ke 15 Le 45 Cast the chart, I am quite sure everyone can pick up the proper antra. One zero in 7th house, and 6th lord Venus is in 7th house in natal chart in Mars sign and also in Mer navsma.NK for 8th hosue Mer is in 8th house itself in rashi chart and in 7th hosue in navsma.FK for 8th hosue, MOON is with Mars, LOC for 8th house (Mars) and LoC for 7th house.Also FK in 12th house in navsma. NK Mer in Moon (FK) navsma along with Sat.(in 7th house in navsma) Mars is aspecting 2nd house and 6th house. Sat is aspecting 2nd house. On 7th Apr2007 Sun was transiting in JUP sign and in the consetellation of Mercury. Ketu is SD to Sun and Venus. Hope you will correct me if I am wrong anywhere on the point. This is a case of unnatural death and sudden mishap and sorrow. In KAS we consider 7th house for accident. 7th house is also considered for marriage as well.So our first duty is to discriminate marriage and accident. For marriage we consider 5th and 12th house as well. But for accident third and 8th is also interlinked. Since the native is born on 88 the marriage timing does not arise. For accident we should first consider the status of lagna and lagna lord. In this chart lagna is occupied by retrograted Ju who is LoB for 8th and LoC for 7th as B.Ju is powerful in all the houses. Ju is karak for lagna and aspected by 6th lord Ve from 7th house of accident Ma is NK for first house and it is weak in lagna The FK Ju of lagna is in lagna and aspected by 6th lord Ve. So lagna of the native is weakened. Ve is also lagna lord but this is aspected by 8thlord Ju.So this way lagna and lord both are afflicted. In navamsa also this Ve is debilitated and aspected by Sa. Lagna lord Sa of navamsa is also having relationship with a malefic Ma (lord of accident) and Me (12th of 7th) in navamsa. Ma is the lord of accident who cast his malefic aspect on the karaka sthann of 7th in rasi and LoD Su of rasi , karak Me and to navamsa lagna lord Sa. Ma is also the 12th lord , occupy its 12th bhava The 8th house, the house of death is occupied by malefic Sa and the karaka of life alongwith the karaka of accident Me and LoD Su in 8th as B. The karaka of 8th Mo is in house C of 7th alongwith 7th and 12th lord Ma. So the accident and death is indicated in the chart .Since 3rd lord Mo is involved ,this reveals the accident may happen during its short journey. But the problem is now to find out the timings for this event. Timing- At the time of accident the native was running through Ra antara in Ke main. Ke is karak for 9th house.Ke is SD to Su so Su becomes the karak for 9th.Therefore Ke MD should give the karakatwa of 9th house. 9th house is 7th from 3rd house of like and 3rd from 7th house of accident. The AD lord Ra is SD to Sa and Ra is in house A for 3rd, in house D for 1st. On the other hand Sa is LoD for 12th and 1st and it is LoE for 4th and 5th. Sa is the strongest planet in WS for 8th house.Ra gave the event representing Sa. But it is not easy to predict the event with timings blindly. I have doubt in this case. Can anybody clear my doubt. Though the death happened in Ra antara who gave result disguising Sa. KAS also says, " If the point in ws in 3rd is more than that of 8th then 3rd is more powerful than 8th and death does not take place.' In this chart also the point of Sa in 3rd is nore than that of 8th. Sa has 33 point for 3rd and 31 for 8th. Second clarification required is why Ke main gave the death after accident ? You will find that death takes places in Ra antra and Ra is SD to Sa which has the highest points. The reason for me to give this is to demonstrate that in most cases death will take place in highest power planet and which we can use for verification after the native dies for study purpose. Ramesh, now why Ke or why was there an early death etc that portion we can let it be for later on once we are taught that portion. It seems only Ramesh and Anup are interested in these exercise. In both cases, with Aries lagna and Taurus lagna, death happens in highest power planet which is Saturn. So you can say more chances of death. Now, Ramesh or Anup also asked about MD and calculation of death in early stage and that portion Krushnaji has not taught as u know. Now, my take on it from both angles can be that can say that Ketu is 5th house with Aries lagna and SD to Venus who is 2nd lord so it can give accident which might result in death. With Taurus lagna, 6th lord is in 7th so its disturbing 7th house. Ketu is SD to Venus who is natural 2nd lord however Ketu is not linked to 3rd house in this case. If death happens in Ketu MD then it will be linked to 9th, 6th or 11th, 7th or 12th house. But the main point, keeping aside or assuming that calculation for early, mid or late death is not taught, the antra that cause death happened in highest power planet for 8th house. Death is a one time event and the most auspicious event and that will happen in highest power planet or LoD or LoE for 8th as B. Cheers !!!
