DOB 16march 1964 TOB 01.30AM LAT 32N04 LONG 75E28 IST Will this person get the promotion in higher rank? He was called for this promotion interview on 13Apr2007. This person is working as manager rank in a govt financial institution. Few incidents .. He was married on Aug1986 First child Oct1989 He got the job Jan1992 I think, that this person will not get promotion. I will give my reasoning after members will suggest their views.
