KAS2006 Program Sys32 Folder and ###VALUE errors

I am running Windows 2000 and when I do a search, I find no file or

folder named " sys32 " ...

 

Could you please advise if some alternative file or folder name is

appropriate ??

 

I'm also of course getting those #VALUE messages.
