Guest guest
Dear Ash, In an old book by a writer on Astakavarga, i have the following words. For example, if Saturn is a yogakarka for a person, whenever Saturn will transit in a sign having more bindus, the person will get good results, no doubt. But not all the 2.5 years (Saturn transit in a sign). To find a particular time event when he will get the beneficial result, a rashi is divided in eight equal parts like below, planets representing Respective degree portion as follows... 0 to 3.45Degree Saturn 3.45 to 7.30 Deg Jupitor 7.30 D TO 11.15Deg Mars 11.15Deg to 15Deg Sun 15Deg to 18.45 Deg Venus 18.45 Deg to 22.30Deg Mercury 22.30Deg to 26.15 Deg Moon 26.15 Deg to 30Deg Lagna So, suppose, ,if Saturn,Mars, and Mercury have contributed bindus to Saturn in natal chart. Then while transit of Saturn in this sign, from 0 to3.45Deg,7.30 to 11.30Deg and 18.45 to 22.30Deg, the person will get benefic results and rest of the time the period will be malefic.. Do we consider such divison in KAS? Regrads Anup Looking for a deal? Find great prices on flights and hotels with FareChase. The fish are biting. Guest guest
Dear Ash, I wld like to add that We have no planetwise bhinnashtakavarga as such in KAS programme though we can only find in SAV,how much points a planets have in a sign/house.I may be wrong but just to know more... Guest guest
Dear Anup, No, we do not consider such divisions. This is called kakshya or something and we are not using that in KAS. Actually we study all powers in Transit but Sa and Ju are more important. Ju changes sign every year approx and Sa every 2.5 approx. The points change. These effects are longer term. Then we are going by daily points so that way all planest in transit gets covered. Suns transit we are taking in PDF and also then u can check for transit the transits of sun, mo, me, ve etc as well. So that way each and everything we are checking, but go slowly. All this knowledge will come but with practice. All that info is given in the KAS program but how to use it will come with practice. But going into that much detail now will be information overload and u will get confused. The techniques are similar. You can then go into details about the day too. Daily points itself is a very very powerful tool if u understand how to use it. Hope that helps, Cheers !!! Ash -> http://www.ashtro.ca , " Anup. Guest guest
Hi Ash, Can you please comment whether the below excerpt that Anup has posted from the AV book is in-line with KAS? This seems interesting, so wondering if those divisions fits with rest of KAS. Thanks, Puneet , " Anup.
