The daylight saving is on, so it should be EDT +4. May

be you can say +5 and then turn on the DST flag. Are

Dear Group,

I am giving my reasoning again.

On 4th jan1999, the Sun was transiting in Jup sign with

Mercury

in Venus nakshtra.Jup being Lod for 7th house and situated in 4th house.

The native is thru Jup in Rahu main

The native can experince for 9th and 2nd house result in mahadasha.

2nd house also represent FK for 7th house, accidents etc.

Venus is FK as well as NK for 7th house.

In 1999, she was 15 years , we cant think abt any matters like marriage in 7th

house except this.

Jup is eager to give result for 7th house, which may be some accident as i

wrote earlier.

Jup is strongest Significtor for 7th house with 27th points may eager to

deliver result for 7th house like this.

Jup is weak in 8th house with 0 points

Jup is weak in 5th house, 3rd house related to family

Venus with NK of 8th house,Mercury, in 11th house in rashi chart

This all may connecting some results like this.

Some sort of accidents/separation of family memebrs like father or mother in

this.

Points of Jup and Venus are low in 3rd, 10th

Venus is also with low points in 7th house.

In Transit also Venus have only 21 points

And Mars has 25 pints

Both are low than 28 points.

Mars is functional karka for 8th house.

Venus for 7th functional karka

But 4th lord, Jup and being antra lord , and Lod, is 6th house on 4th Jan1999

So some murder or fatal accident on that day cant be denied.

I may be wrong but as i am involved in KAS and its rules,

this incident on 4th jan1999 may happen as per this reasoning perhaps

Dear Group members,

Here is my attempt to this chart. I got asc as 9Vi 27 with daylight saving.

The incident occured on 04 Jan 1999 when he was passing through Ju antara in

Ra main.

On 4 Jan the pdf was Ju and Ve. It means on the day of event Su was transiting

in Sg and in the nakshtra ruled by Ve.

The main lord Ra is SD to Ve and Mo but it is more like Ve.

So the karkatwa of 2nd and 7th house should be given by main lord.

Ve is also NK of 12th therefore the karkatwa of 12th also may be given by Ra.

Now we should mainly focus our attention to the 2nd, 7th and 12th house

matter.

The antara lord Ju is LoD for 7th and 10th house. It is LoE for 2nd and 11th

house.

Ju is SD to Su so Ju antara may represent Su and Su is LoD for 3rd and LoE for

7th.

In a nutshell we may summarise that antara lord Ju may give the event

pertaining to 2nd, 3rd, 7th, 10th and 11th houses.

Ju is strong in 2nd, 7th and 11th houses in WS.

On the other hand Su is strong in 3rd and 7th house in WS. Ju is weak in 3rd

so Ju cannot represent Su for 3rd house matter.

Now let us verify each house one by one.

7TH house-

The 7th house is for spouse, marriage, accident and so on.

The karkak for 7th is Ve and Ra represnts Ve . Ra is in 9th third from 7th

house. Ra is aspected by Ma who is karak for 1st and occupy karaksthaan for 7th.

Two malefics Ma and Sa occupy A for 7th as B.

Mo, Ma and Ve are weak in 7th. Mo is LoC for 7th and aspected by Ma.

In navamsa also Ma and Ra are together in 2nd house and aspected by Ju

Ju as LoB for 7th casts his malefic aspect on 8th of sorrow , 12th of loss,

12th lord Su. This is for quality of event but if you see timing then Ju as LoD

for 7th and may give its timing for 7th as B during its antara period.

Since the native was attaining the age of 15+ his marriage and loss of his

spouse is rejected.Now the event is left with accident. 7th is also representing

the house of accident so it is suspected that he might have met with an accident

and might have lost his some organ of his body part.

It is suspected that the native might have lost his speech and hearing owing

to accident.

Ju is LoD for 7th and LoE for 2nd house.

Ju cannot give the result of 1st, 3rd ,5th and 12th because it is weak in

these houses.

So it is evident from the above analysis that native on the date of 4 Jan 1999

met with an accident and lost or broken his hand/ speech/ hearing giving the

break in his education.

I may be wrong also and please correct me if I am wrong.

Kindly disclose the fact as soon as possible.

Hello yet again!

I have decided to give everyone a clue in the form of dates of

similar incidents, of which the native had quite a few, in his

life...

The second incident of the same nature occured that same year, on

July 14, 1999.

The third occured around the third week of October 1999.

The fourth, and most singularly crucial, occured January 24, 2001...

One of my frustrations with groups such as this on Indian astroloy

is that the familiarity with and scope of material with which to

judge the occurence of events is extremely narrow; for example,

Marriage dates and job opportunities seem to comprise the list of

topics to exclusivity...I think that its safer to flock to these

areas because the " shepherd " has already shown the way...

I think we need more pioneers willing to collaborate for the good of

increased knowledge in different areas of this science; perhaps

individuals should be willing to volunteer the specifics of events

in their lives, then poll the community for similar occurences, and

then ascertain commonalities in the natal and transit charts, AND

MAKE THE RESULTS PUBLIC DOMAIN--without compromising the anonymitiy

of those individuals, which is made possible through the discretion

of the individual in identifying himself in name, location, and

other characteristics...

Just some of my thoughts...

On the subject of the problem I posted, once I give the answer, it

might be educational for those interested parties to go back and

analyze similarities and differences in the stars on those

respective dates, in light of the correct answer!

You may call me Tom; I have been told the 11:45 birth time is exact

as the native's father was looking at his watch when the native

exited the birth canal; however, I've never been one to believe in

the accuracy of hearsay,! You're familiar with the (even) minute

inaccuracies of mechanical devices, and human recollection, are you

not???

As for asking for an exact time on January 1999, disregard 8:00pm at

your discretion; I just thought that this might be more useful than

declaring only January 1999; after all, there isn't such a thing as

too much information to negotiate the mire of vagaries posed by the

passage of time in a stranger's life, is there?

For your own edification, I posed this problem in the same vein as

one in Krushna's lessons on solving a chart through blind analysis.

Hello Tom,

Thanks. Yes, I did think so and that is why I posted the technique

rather than worry about getting to the exact thing that happened.

So far we have mostly done is take a chart and tried to time one time

big events like marriage or for that matters even things like job as

they have a big impact on life.

Things like accident etc I personally avoid to even see as if u tell

someone that someone might have an accident, i can only dread to

understand what might go through someones mind. Yes, so for learning

purposes its better to study such negative things on many charts that

u have known information about and exact chart.

Now, I have seen some schools of astro give birth time and some 4

choices or probability that might happen however that means the

chances are 25% to get it right.

Now, for us and what we have learnt so far is that 13 days toleration

for any event is acceptable on either side so say 26 days.

If one person when given an exact chart (birth time we take as first

cry incidentally) then if that person is able to time the major events

of life to within 13 days and that too consistently then it means

there is some science to all this.

Now to get to that much perfection it might take a life time and I

personally an not even remotely close.

When I was asking for an exact time, I did not mean of the event,

rather the birth time because if u go into great detail than even a

minute difference can change the nadis and the starting house degrees

however but that is for very very precise readings.

We are taking 13 days range on either side and that is satisfactory.

These are just my thoughts .......

Hello all,

Ash was pretty much correct in his deduction--PDF = Ju and Ve (Sun is in

4th house in transit). So again eager for

-------

Ju is eager for 2nd 7th, 10th and 11th

Ve is eager for 4th, 5th, 9th and 12th.

Both are simultaneously strong for 2nd, 9th and 11th.

Both are simultaneously weak for 3rd and 10th.

Now at that age, what is possible for the native w.r.t all this.

So he might have moved with family as a positive event and that might

have caused some stress.

The native was thrown out of the house by his mother (January 1999); he

moved in with his Aunt and Uncle-so Ash was correct about moving being

the event but incorrect about the relative positiveness of the event--it

was terribly negative, and yes, stress did result...

For those of you who have any interest in comparing alignments on the

dates of similar events for this particular individual,--

July 14, 1999-the native moved out of his Aunt and Uncle's house due to

familial tensions, and into living arrangements with an older male

friend

October 1999-the native moved out yet again due to living tensions, and

into his best friend's family's place

January 25, 2001-the native's grandparent's and father took custody of

him and he moved all the way down south to Louisiana
