Hi,

 

The dasha running at the time of the event was

rahu-guru. Guru is LoD for 7th and 10th houses and LoE

for 11th and LoE for 2nd house.

 

Going by the age and the time of the day I rule out

event for the 10th house. 7th is for marriage, also

for accidents. 2nd is house of family. Guru is sitting

in the 4th house which is D house for 7th so, accident

is a possibility. Also accident of a family member,

may be father is a possibility.
