I have the following query: My husband and I have been trying to own a house for quite time but have not been successful. Could someone please tell me, when would we own our own house. DoB: 14.4.77, Female Place: New Delhi Time: 2.55 pm Passed 12th in June 1993 Got married in June 1998 Left for Japan (first foreign visit) Sept. 2002 Birth of son: 6. Personally I am not sure about houses in navansha. Would you say there is delay in rashi kundali as well? Shani aspecting lord of A, and C and himself is loB. No moderation of delay in rashi chart, but does get moderation if we take aspects in navansha. But even then moderation will be a couple of years. This qualifies as early marriage. So LoD did not give as it would have been too early, but rahu SD to magal the LoD did give. Your thoughts ? Child birth did take place in LoD budh dasha for 5th as B. Normally there would have been delay in marriage no doubt due to Sa in 5th house but there is blessing. So marriage can happen early but at the same time, marriage is falling in lowest points planet of Saturn. I feel that mercury would have give marriage or if the husband is away then they would start the maritial life a few months down the road in Mercury antra. Now I re-casted the chart i am getting leo lagna. Planet Degrees As 11 Le 50 Su 1 Ar 40 Mo 15 Aq 41 Ma 27 Aq 4 Me 20 Ar 13 Ju 9 Ta 31 VeR 18 Pi 57 Sa 17 Cn 19 Ra 1 Li 46 Ke 1 Ar 46 I am also getting Sa in 6th house in navamsa. I dont know... whats going on.... What is the correct lagna or am I making some mistake in casting the chart. With this chart, I am getting delay due to Sa as Sa is aspecting 2nd house and Me who is LoC and at same time its LoB. So with this data, I am even more dobtful. Cheers !!! And this has not been rectified. I would like to add tht me and my husband lived in different countries for alomst two years: 1. From Jan 2003 - June 2003 six months. He was in Japan and I was in New Delhi 2. From July 2003 - November 2003 we were together in Japan. It was during this stay that my son was born in September 2003. 3. November 2003 - untill now we have more or less lived separately. Although our marriage is intact. Could you pleae tell me if this is likely to remain so in the future also. I will address your question on timing of house. You can try for a house now, things should pick up momentum after April 2008. The antra after that is that of Sun who is very powerful. In sun antra u can also get help in the form of some inheritance as well or help from family. This is as per your chart. So more happiness from home in Sun antra but Venus now after april next year is powerful period as well. Transits will become more favourable after end November. Good luck, and keep us informed.
