Other doubts comparing the system

Dear Ash,

You have mentioned in your previous post that prashara system and KAS

do not contradict each other. A few questions and doubts, this is in

general context.

1. In parsahara system when a benefic like jupiter aspects a house its

is considered good especially if a benefic aspects its own house it

protects the significations of this house. As an example in my case

Jupiter aspects the 9th house (luck, fortune, sprituality etc) and

mars aspects its own house which is the lagna aries. However going by

the KAS system any planet that has more than 4 points provide bad

(harming) aspects. So in my case jupiter has 5 points and if I were to

go by the KAS system it would be casting a negative aspect on 9th, 11

and 1st house. This itself would be considered contradictory (don't

you think)on the fundamental level of malefic/benefic aspects keeping

everything aside.

2. Point 2 is not so much of a doubt as it is an opinion. Second house

in traditional prashari system shows net bank account (or savings so

to speak of) and it makes much sense to say 12th shows loss.

Considering lagna as the first (brith point) second would show what we

accumulate and 12th would show what we lose (expoenses, death, etc)

Now it would make sense to see if second house has more points than

12th to study savings. 11th is income and gains, but it is 2nd where

we save and 12th where we lose. I can keep gaining (strong 11th house)

but if my second has lower points I would not save anything and if

expenses are more (2nd less points than 12th) then by default I will

always be in debt. I am quite preplexed as to how having more points

in 11th as compared to 12th would result in a net saving (perhaps more

gains but does not necessarily mean no debt) we might assume that big

business men have great wealth and gains (maybe their 11th house has

more points than 12th) but yet we should clearly accept that fact that

they are in huge debt. I doubt there would be very many business men

out there who could say they can close their business and take a leave

of relxations simply because of the huge debt. Their incomes is

funding their debt.

So in theory a strong 6th house (for scantioning loans), a strong

11th house for income and a strong 12 thouse for expenses. I am sure

you will agree, if you start a business you will have expenses, infact

expenses of all sorts. What it would end up boiling down to is the net

effect on the second house (savings) if there is savings and

contingency plans the business will work. If there is only 12th and

11th in play it would not make sense. So as I see it in order to have

savings 2nd should be more than 12th. In order to have gains 11th

should be more than 12th.

Dear Vish,

Do a search for the discussion on Gopal’s

chart and the discussion we had. In his chart Ju was in 10th house

and 10th house has 32 bindus and Ju was also with more than 4

bindus.

He faced problems in job. He was

perplexed just as your good self, on why as per general VA, this ju should have

been good then why he was going though such a time.

That was explained using KAS and a

future prediction done as well, which Gopal was nice enough to come and confirm

that it came correctly after some year or months.

Like I said, archives are a treasure for

those who want to seriously learn KAS.

Cheers !!!
