Job Change ,help would be really appreciated

Hello Everyone,

 

I am Anuj and I am facing problems in my job since the last 2 yrs.i

have tried changing the job but was not successful and the places

where i was confident of getting selected ,i haven't recieved any

reply from them.My promotion is pending and my salary correction is

pending.nothing is going my way .Pls help .
